My family and I visited for the first time in 1998 and we were all bewitched by her charismatic spell. There is an easy friendliness in Ireland that inspired this song  – a reflection on the rite of passage from boy to man and the long journey life takes us on—reminding us that, ultimately, that path always leads us back home.
